We will need to contact you to confirm your paint information. Please specify your preferred contact method:

  1. 1. Continue through the check-out process to place your order and receive your order number.
  2. 2. You will be contacted by a ColorWare Rep to confirm color information provided and discuss any other required details.
  3. 3. ColorWare creates a sample card of your color with a Matte and a Glossy finish and send it to you for your approval. Up to 3 samples will be sent; each sample can take up to a week to receive.
  4. 4. Call or e-mail your ColorWare Rep to provide your color approval and specify the finish you want.
  5. 5. Once ColorWare receives your approval of the color, production on your TV will begin. Production time varies from 2-4 weeks depending on current volume. Please see your receipt for current production time.

Download the Order Sheet. It will also be included in your order notification email. This contains the shipping instructions you will need, and must be sent in with your product.
The rest of the process will ask for your contact, return shipping and payment information. If you use a credit card, that card will not be charged until we receive your product at our facility. At the end of the online order process, you will recieve an order number; you will need to put that Order Number on your Order Sheet.
Please package your product in a sturdy box with adequate packing material. We recommend the original packaging if possible. We also recommend that you purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for your product until we have received it.

"Send In Mine" products are tested for complete functionality when ColorWare receives them. Any product not passing that testing will be returned to you.

"Send in Mine" orders stay in our system for 4 weeks. If ColorWare has not received your product within that time, your order is automatically cancelled.

"Send in Mine" orders are available only in the USA.

ColorWare will send you the painted parts. They will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days along with Step-By-Step Instructions to replace your current parts.
Use our Step-By-Step Instructions to take apart your product and install your new ColorWare parts.

ColorWare's Standard Warranty does not apply to your product or any parts that you damage while disassembling or assembling it.

If your ColorWare parts are damaged as a result of shipping, please contact our Return Merchandise Department.

You are purchasing the painted parts only. You will not receive the actual product.

The rest of the process will ask for your contact, return shipping and payment information.
ColorWare will send you a prepaid box to ship your product back to us in. This will be shipped within one business day, usually the same day the order is placed.
Place your product in the ColorWare box that you received. Then drop it off at a FedEx drop box or shipping location.

RapidReturn products are tested for complete functionality when ColorWare receives them.

If a replacement part is needed you are required to pay for the new part(s).

RapidReturn orders are available only in the USA.

Engraving text and color will appear as shown.  Text using obscenity will be rejected during order processing.  Engraved products are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned.
